A Wonderful rendition of the National Anthem

Yesterday, at the Wizards game...the Vocal Department shined with an awesome rendition of the National Anthem.
It was a very important event: the District supports our department 100% and it was imperative that our performance be no less than excellent.

And...it was!!!!!!

I want to give a special thank you to: Avery M., Taylor S. Olivia, Bella, Tim, Amber and Evan. Without you guys there was now way we could have performed.

Thank you for sharing your talents and energy.

I do appreciate all you do for the program and for me.

Happy Sunday Folks!

    Relationship to Route 66

Before the advent of Route 66, the Pontiac Trail, SBI 4, was a paved road linking Chicago and St. Louis. With the designation of numbered Federal highways in 1926, Route 4 was simply assigned as part of the great diagonal road called Route 66. Many tangible and intangible resources of Chicago Route 66 exist virtually unchanged from 80 years ago. Most important, it is the physical and sentimental beginning of the road. Route 66 begins in Chicago and ends in Los Angeles.

  • U.S. Route 66, also known as the Will Rogers Highway and colloquially known as the Main Street of America or the Mother Road, was one of the original highways within the U.S. Highway System.

    Dear Friends,
Thank you for helping out on Tuesday. This couldn't have happened without your support and sharing of your time.

The following folks will meet in the Choral room at the end of school Tuesday. We will warm-up...review our songs and then change. I am in search of 3 more drivers. Those who drive, can take themselves (no other students can go with you however). Liam is driving himself, right?

Thank you again...I am forever grateful.
